PRL Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team in PRL Group Head Office – Rathcoole, Dublin. PRL Group are the market leader in the go-to-market brand experience.

PRL Group consist of three divisions: PRL Logistics Solutions, PRL In-Market Solutions and PRL Integrated Services.

Working closely with all areas of the business the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Finance team but also assist with other administration tasks as necessary.

The Role

  • Raise and process Debtor Invoices and monthly Statements for 3 different companies
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer charges are complete
  • Customer query resolution – provide copy invoices, statements & follow up to ensure invoices get processed for payment
  • Assist with other administration tasks in the finance department as necessary
  • An ability to communicate effectively and courteously both internally and externally

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience within Accounts department
  • IATI qualification is highly desirable
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Experienced with MS Outlook and proficient knowledge of Excel
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Fluency in English is essential
