PRL are currently recruiting for a Field Development Representative to call upon Convenience and Impulse stores in Northern Ireland driving core range distribution of dairy goods. Duties of the role include;

  • Grow revenue, volume, trading contribution and market share targets by brand, channel and pack in line with or above the Regional plan
  • Improve product availability, space and distribution to achieve target availability level
  • Build incremental displays above plan that improves profitability
  • Implement high standard of in-store execution (effective displays, planogram execution, stocking, fronting and facing of company products, placing and maintaining coolers)
  • Introduce promotions, gain agreement and support from store managers, secure preferred product placement, re-merchandise
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Monitor sales volume, inspect inventory levels, and maintain in-store promotional materials during promotional periods
  • Utilise I.T. systems and tools for order capture and audit
  • Effective use of POS to maximise effectiveness

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an FMCG focused sales role in Northern Ireland. A full, clean UK driving license is essential.

Package for the role includes;

  • £19,000 basic salary
