HR/Training Administrator ** Fixed Term Contract 6 Months **Full time

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR/Training Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating training records, assisting in organising training sessions, and providing administrative support to the HR and training functions.

The HR/Training Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs and contributing to the development of our workforce.

Location: Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin

Day to Day

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with training requirements and certifications.
  • Organise and file training documentation, including attendance records, evaluations, and certifications.
  • Assist in organising training sessions and workshops, including logistics and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Prepare training materials and resources as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by tracking and coordinating training requirements for new hires.
  • Provide support to new employees during the training phase and ensure their training needs are met.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including employee relations.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to training activities as required.

Ideally you will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year HR Administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, LMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Desired but not essential:
    • Qualification in Human Resources or working towards
    • Experience with LMS systems.
