The successful candidate will:

· Manage qualified leads to drive new revenue for the Irish & UK markets

· Outbound calls to qualified leads to book online demos and follow up afterwards

· Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities

· Maintain a high level of client service and client relationships, ensuring a premium level of customer satisfaction

· Consistently complete CRM, sales reports and prospecting reports

· Achieve and exceed targets on a weekly and monthly basis

· Provide feedback to the marketing team about messaging, competition and other marketing dynamics uncovered by prospecting

· Support marketing and sales focused ad-hoc projects, working directly with the Sales / Marketing Manager

Minimum requirements:

· 1-2 years’ experience working in a sales / customer service / marketing role (even part time) an advantage

· A Sales or Marketing qualification would be advantageous

· Ability to prioritise, multitask and perform in a dynamic work environment

· Confident to make calls to Decision Makers

· Passion to hunt, qualify, position and close sales

· Strong communication skills, particularly phone and written skills

· Excellent attitude with a “can-do” approach

· Fluent English is essential

· An aptitude for software / technology or a software background would be preferable but not essential
