As part of this dynamic team, the successful candidate will provide technical and system support to customers both on-site or remotely as required, advise customers on their current and/or new technologies and give recommendations where possible.

  • +-4 Years of experience in a similar role is required
  • Virtualisation (Primarily Hyper-V)
  • Windows Server OS (Server 2016 and above)
  • Desktop OS (windows 8 and above)
  • Office 365 Administration.
  • General Networking and VLAN
  • Firewalls, NATs and Routes
  • Wifi deployments
  • Servers Hardware, (HP and DELL)
  • New Desktop setups and data migration
  • Eagerness to learning new technologies and constantly up skill though training or self-learning
  • Comfortable going onsite to facilitate clients needs
  • Good Diagnostic and Reporting Skills
  • Excellent English communication both written & spoken
  • Customer service mindset
  • 3rd level course
  • An excellent troubleshooting strategy
  • Full Driving Licence is required for this role.
