National IT Managed Services Company is looking to grow their Support Team in Limerick.
Level 1/ L2 Engineer – 35K to 42K DOE Plus benefits
- Reporting to the Senior IT Technical Lead
- Onsite and off-site support and installations of server hardware and network equipment
- Point of contact to provide support to customer’s needs
- Respond to clients calls and analyse and resolve faults
- Analyse and resolve faults – from major system crashes to resetting passwords
- Prioritize, update, respond to and escalate support tickets
- Monitoring and maintaining remote servers and respond to critical alerts
- Switching, Firewall and Router Support
- Work closely with other IT staff, engineers, and customers
- Carry out routine security checks and undertake preventative measures to maintain network security
- Full Irish Drivers License
