National IT Managed Services Company is looking to grow their Support Team in Limerick.

Level 1/ L2 Engineer – 35K to 42K DOE Plus benefits


  • Reporting to the Senior IT Technical Lead
  • Onsite and off-site support and installations of server hardware and network equipment
  • Point of contact to provide support to customer’s needs
  • Respond to clients calls and analyse and resolve faults
  • Analyse and resolve faults – from major system crashes to resetting passwords
  • Prioritize, update, respond to and escalate support tickets
  • Monitoring and maintaining remote servers and respond to critical alerts
  • Switching, Firewall and Router Support
  • Work closely with other IT staff, engineers, and customers
  • Carry out routine security checks and undertake preventative measures to maintain network security
  • Full Irish Drivers License
