PRL Logistics is looking to hire a Quality Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment.

Location:
Our purpose-built, state of the art, Head Office is located in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co Dublin. This role involves working from the various PRL sites in Dublin, Cork and Kilkenny and working from home.
To be successful in this role:
You will need experience in operating quality management systems in a Pharma/FMCG service-based environment in full compliance with ISO9001 Quality Management Standard. You’ll also require:
- Degree in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Supply Chain or related discipline
- Proven management experience for a team of quality-related specialists – desirable
- Possess proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and fostering inclusive leadership.
- Experience as Named Deputy Responsible Person/Responsible Person OR with demonstrable experience towards becoming a Deputy Responsible Person for WDA and MIA licences
- Proven track record with leading certification and client audits such as HPRA, HSE, ISO 9001 and BRC
- Experience with maintaining and actively participating in all elements of the quality management system, and with a track record of continual improvement and quality excellence
- Strong communication, planning and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and co-ordinate the quality program across a multi discipline environment
- Experience dealing with FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), HACCP, Cold Chain and Food Distribution a distinct advantage
- Due to the nature of our locations a valid Driving License and own transport is essential
- Valid EU Passport / Work Visa other than Student orientation
