PRL Recruitment have a first-rate opportunity for a Sales Manager, working with a world renowned company and well established brand that dominates the Ambient/Grocery Division in the FMCG Market
You will be joining an award-winning team representing a popular household brand that dates as far back as 150 years. You will have responsibility for building and developing customer relationships, accelerating brand performance in terms of awareness, event and display execution, driving sales to enhance turnover and increase market share. You will be responsible for 8 Field Sales Representatives and 1 Account Executive.

Leading a team of field sales executives in Ireland to perform to the best of their ability
Analyse data and performance, by store customer and region.
Budget control for your team including all expenses, bonus and mileage
Negotiate and implement account plan
Regular analysis of team performance in conjunction with data insights and production of weekly and monthly reports
Holding monthly meetings with your team, delivering key messages from the business and client and reviewing results from previous month
What we are looking for:
Experience managing a team (2/3 years)
Experience in FMCG Sector is preferable
Strong commercial knowledge and understanding
Be able to analyse and present data to all levels
Ability to challenge the Account Director and hold their own with Director Level Executives.
Be located within commuting distance of Dublin.
Demonstrated success in growing, developing and motivating direct reports.
Polished, professional and presentable.
Base base salary is €45,000 – €50,000 depending on experience plus bonus along with executive company car, lunch allowance, expenses ,fuel card, laptop and phone.
