Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive interaction with clients
- Deadline management across, accounts, CT, VAT, payroll, annuals returns and personal tax
- Invoicing and Debtors ledger management
- Ensure all staff are full up to date with change of legislation
- Promote smooth client contact and satisfaction
- Staff management, time sheet reporting, work in progress lists, distribution of work
- Scheduling of assignments
- Responsible for team development and training
- Assist with the hiring of staff
Requirements:
- Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years PQE experience in practice
- Embrace and utilise accounting software and technology
- Strong technical knowledge of Tax and accounting standards
- Ability to manage and mentor staff
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in use of Relate, Zero and ability to work with any accounting system
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work at own initiative
